EFT stands for Emotional Freedom Technique. It is a tool to help with physical and emotional blocks.
It is often referred to as 'the tapping technique' as certain acupressure points are stimulated through tapping, whilst focusing on a certain situation or trauma.
It is now widely used by many counsellors, who use the practice in their sessions.
EFT tapping draws on Chinese practices of acupuncture, neuro-linguistic programming, cognitive behavioural therapy, and Thought Field Therapy, developed by American Clinical Psychologist, Roger Callahan.
It can also be used in the form of a daily routine, to help balance your mind and energy system.
EFT can be used to help with any negative emotional state from phobias, PTSD, depression, anxiety, anger, guilt, regret, doubt, shame, and disappointment right through to money problems, relationship issues, lack of motivation, and allergies.
The tapping technique used in EFT has no side effects and can be done anywhere, at any time.
EFT can be booked on it's own or as part of The Self-Care Package.
